Significant experience leading complex technical work in product or platform engineering
Deep hands-on expertise in .NET Core/C# or Java for enterprise-grade backend systems and APIs
Strong experience with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native application design
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) including SQL and data modeling

Familiarity with front-end or full-stack technologies (TypeScript, React, VueJS, Node.js)
Familiarity with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, DynamoDB, CosmosDB)
Experience with highly distributed, data-intensive systems at scale
