- Expert SQL and strong Python proficiency
- Experience with modern data stack (transformation-as-code, orchestration, warehouses, BI)
- Data governance tooling experience including data catalogs and lineage systems
- Cross-functional leadership ability without direct authority
- Strong technical communication skills for multiple audiences
Nice to have
