- 7+ years of software engineering or solutions engineering at SaaS, open source, or enterprise software
- Proven track record owning complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or coaching technical team members
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- REST and GraphQL API experience with CI/CD pipelines and API security patterns
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex

- Understanding of cloud computing trends and open source business models
