Required
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Risk Management, or related field
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, GRC, or security architecture
- 3–5 years hands-on engineering or software development
- Python programming proficiency for automation and data processing
- API development and integration experience in enterprise environments
- Systems integration experience connecting GRC, security, cloud, or enterprise systems
- Demonstrated experience automating or scaling GRC programs using enterprise platforms
- Cross-functional technical and business team collaboration

- FAIR or quantitative risk analysis experience
- Hands-on Agentic AI development and autonomous agent deployment
