  • Juris Doctor from accredited law school
  • Active bar admission in good standing
  • Eight or more years of in-house or law firm experience with technology transactions
  • Extensive experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services, and enterprise commercial agreements
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, software licensing, information security, and privacy
  • Demonstrated skill drafting and negotiating complex software and SaaS agreements
  • Ability to balance legal risk against commercial objectives
  • Proficiency with AI and legal technology tools, Microsoft O365/Google Workspace, and contract management software

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of data privacy laws in SaaS context
