- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- 3+ years in HRBP or People Partner role
- Experience in fast-paced, scaling startup or high-growth tech
- Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and manager coaching
- Ability to balance empathy with business needs
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
Nice to have
- Experience supporting technical functions (Engineering, Product, Security/IT) or GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing)
