- Minimum 18 years old
- Food Handler certification
- Ability to read and operate digital equipment and calibrated scales
- Ability to safely operate bread slicers and commercial ovens
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk continuously
