Required

  • 8+ years relevant work experience (or 5+ with an Advanced Degree, or 2+ with a PhD)
  • Experience with agentic AI, LLMs, or generative AI applications
  • Expertise in one or more general development languages (Java, C#, C++)
  • Experience designing scalable systems
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • 9+ years relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree (or 7+ with Advanced Degree, or 3+ with PhD)
  • Master's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years experience
  • Experience with AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
  • Experience applying AI to solve engineering or customer-facing challenges
  • Knowledge of commercial payments, money movement, or payment processing
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • API design, microservices, or distributed systems knowledge
  • Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives
