  • U.S. work authorization (unless Principal level, which requires sponsorship eligibility)

  • Advanced degree in epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, clinical research, PhD, DrPH, PharmD, MD, or MPH
  • 5+ years clinical research, epidemiology, or real-world evidence experience
  • Medical device industry experience
  • Experience designing or executing real-world evidence studies including registry-based or observational studies
  • Experience with real-world data sources and vendors
  • Experience with registry data in regulatory submissions
  • Understanding of observational research methods and data sources
  • Familiarity with real-world data regulatory frameworks
  • Post-market clinical evidence or post-approval study planning experience
  • Cross-functional collaboration with HEOR, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Research
  • Regulatory submissions or interactions experience
  • Contributing to internal guidance or frameworks for real-world data use
  • External collaboration participation such as MDIC or NEST
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
