Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 8 years experience
- U.S. work authorization (unless Principal level, which requires sponsorship eligibility)
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, clinical research, PhD, DrPH, PharmD, MD, or MPH
- 5+ years clinical research, epidemiology, or real-world evidence experience
- Medical device industry experience
- Experience designing or executing real-world evidence studies including registry-based or observational studies
- Experience with real-world data sources and vendors
- Experience with registry data in regulatory submissions
- Understanding of observational research methods and data sources
- Familiarity with real-world data regulatory frameworks
- Post-market clinical evidence or post-approval study planning experience
- Cross-functional collaboration with HEOR, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Research
- Regulatory submissions or interactions experience
- Contributing to internal guidance or frameworks for real-world data use
- External collaboration participation such as MDIC or NEST
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
