This role programs and operates advanced multi-axis CNC equipment to manufacture high-precision aerospace components from exotic alloys. It suits experienced CNC programmers comfortable with 5-axis milling, mill-turn operations, and SolidWorks CAM who can work independently on complex machining challenges in a defense manufacturing environment.

What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years CNC machining and programming experience, OR associate's degree in machining with 3 years experience, OR 8 years hands-on CNC experience
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks CAM including 5-axis milling and mill-turn operations
- Demonstrated experience machining Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel to tight tolerances
- Hands-on experience with live-tooling lathes with Y-axis capability
- Ability to solve complex machining problems independently with minimal supervision
- Eligible to pass FBI/DoD background check and obtain Secret security clearance
- U.S. Person status for ITAR compliance
Nice to have
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing environment experience
- Familiarity with ITAR requirements
- Experience with automation and lights-out manufacturing systems
