What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience total, including minimum 4 years in project management
  • 1-2 years of plant civil or building maintenance experience
  • Minimum 4 years in food and beverage manufacturing
  • Knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing, GMP, HACCP, and food safety
  • Understanding of project management, budgeting, and cost control
  • Knowledge of civil maintenance, fabrication, and utility systems
  • Experience managing CAPEX projects and budgets of ₹20 crores or more
  • Ability to manage 8-10 projects annually
  • Experience with boilers, steam systems, air compressors, and HVAC systems
  • Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Power BI
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • PMP certification
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance and reliability engineering practices
  • Experience with sustainability and energy management programs
