What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 7+ years of experience total, including minimum 4 years in project management
- 1-2 years of plant civil or building maintenance experience
- Minimum 4 years in food and beverage manufacturing
- Knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing, GMP, HACCP, and food safety
- Understanding of project management, budgeting, and cost control
- Knowledge of civil maintenance, fabrication, and utility systems
- Experience managing CAPEX projects and budgets of ₹20 crores or more
- Ability to manage 8-10 projects annually
- Experience with boilers, steam systems, air compressors, and HVAC systems
- Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Power BI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to have
- PMP certification
- Understanding of preventive maintenance and reliability engineering practices
