- Extensive experience navigating cyber threat actor environments including social media, hidden services, and forums
- Advanced knowledge of South Asia-based hacktivist and state-sponsored groups
- Practical knowledge of technical terminology, tools, and tactics used by South Asia-based threat actors
- Comprehensive OSINT investigations using advanced Hindi and/or Urdu language
- Quick adaptation to changing environments and creative problem-solving
- Work effectively under tight deadlines with minimal guidance
- Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows
- Undergraduate degree or military training in cyber intelligence, general intelligence studies, security studies, political science, or international relations
Nice to have
- Background in Latin American and North African cyber threat actors
- Language capabilities in Spanish, French, or Indonesian
- Understanding of geopolitical and transnational events in South Asia, Latin America, and North Africa
- Prior intelligence community, HUMINT, or cyber threat intelligence background
- Practical experience with virtual HUMINT
- Technical security certifications or relevant academic background
