What they ask for
Required
- 4+ years as a soldering technician on application-critical, high-complexity PCBAs
- Industry-standard soldering certification
- ESD handling and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Nice to have
- Associate degree or higher in electronics, avionics, or related field
- Current or previous IPC J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610 certification
- Expertise in fine-pitch soldering and complex PCBA rework
- Ability to perform consistently in high-pressure aerospace manufacturing
