Required
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years hands-on technology experience with deep cloud security knowledge
- Senior IC or tech lead experience owning security or platform capability end-to-end at enterprise scale
- Deep hands-on experience deploying, operating, and tuning CSPM or CNAPP platform in large multi-cloud environment
- Track record running production platforms with clear SLOs and on-call coverage
- Experience driving multi-quarter roadmaps end-to-end from problem framing through steady-state operation
- Public cloud experience (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure also valued) and private cloud/Kubernetes at enterprise scale
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and admission controller frameworks
- Working knowledge of Terraform and policy-as-code tools like Rego
- Experience building findings pipelines integrating cloud security signal into enterprise remediation platforms
- Experience integrating cloud telemetry into enterprise SIEM/SOAR pipelines
- Fluency in at least one general-purpose language (Python, Go)
- Strong cross-functional partnership and communication skills
- Understanding of secure software development practices and modern cloud-native architectures
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of AI/ML and emerging security considerations
- Working knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST, CIS Benchmarks, ISO/IEC 27001)
