What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure experience
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent commissioning experience
- Deep knowledge of commissioning levels L1–L5 and documentation requirements
- Hands-on experience with data center power distribution and EPMS systems
- Proven experience managing and holding third-party commissioning agents accountable
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, submittals, and test procedures
- Cross-functional coordination skills across construction, engineering, controls, and operations
- Willingness to travel 75% to project sites
- Understanding of safety and compliance in construction and commissioning environments
Nice to have
- CxA (Commissioning Authority) certification
- Experience with issue tracking, risk management, and multi-workstream project reporting
