  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience including production systems
  • Experience developing AI/ML applications with LLMs and applied machine learning solutions
  • Strong proficiency with Python and AI/ML frameworks
  • Experience with model APIs, prompt orchestration, and RAG approaches
  • Understanding of system design and production deployment for AI systems
  • Experience building maintainable, well-tested services and APIs
  • Experience with version control, CI/CD, code review, and operational monitoring
  • Ability to break down requirements into engineering tasks and deliver solutions collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior partners
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with strong ownership
