What they ask for
Required
- Law degree (Volljurist/in preferred) or equivalent
- At least 5 years of export control and trade compliance experience in international corporate settings
- Deep knowledge of German and EU export control rules including dual-use and military goods regulations
- Experience assessing regulatory requirements and compliance risks
- Fluent written German and English for legal and compliance analysis
- Experience collaborating with legal, ethics, compliance, and business teams on sensitive matters
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver rigorous results under pressure
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
