Required

  • 5+ years in quality assurance, quality management, or leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
  • Experience leading audits, CAPA systems, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with team or functional accountability
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication across all employee levels
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Willingness to spend significant time on the shop floor
  • Ability to travel 5–10% of the time
  • Legal US resident with reliable transportation
  • No visa sponsorship eligible

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulated manufacturing (PED, API, pressure equipment)
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949 principles and core quality tools
  • Cryogenic systems or equipment experience
  • Practical experience in stainless steel and aluminum welding
  • Proficiency with statistical tools such as Minitab
  • ASQ Certification (CQE preferred)
  • Experience with ASME B31.3 and B31.12
