  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related STEM field
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in propulsion system integration and test engineering in aerospace, defense or high-reliability industries
  • Expert knowledge of propulsion systems, rocket motor testing, and verification methodologies
  • Recognized subject matter expert in propulsion system integration and test across multiple major programs
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and mentoring skills
  • Proven success leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on highly complex integration and test challenges
  • Demonstrated commitment to engineering excellence, mission assurance, safety and quality
  • Proven ability to establish organizational test strategies and technical standards
  • Expert troubleshooting and root cause investigation of integrated hardware/software systems
  • Expert knowledge of MIL-STDs, aerospace qualification and acceptance testing
  • Strong working knowledge of RS-422, RS-485, CAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP and UDP/IP protocols
  • Extensive experience with rocket motor integration, SWIL, HWIL, automated test systems, real-time simulation and instrumentation
  • U.S. Person status and eligibility to obtain U.S. Government security clearance
  • Willingness to travel to test facilities and customer sites

Nice to have

  • Advanced programming proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB, Simulink and Python for test automation and simulation
  • Experience with customer technical reviews, proposal development and strategic planning
