Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related STEM field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of progressive data engineering or platform engineering experience
At least 3 years architecting and building AI/ML platforms at massive scale

Experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems
Ability to write clean, performant, well-tested code
