- 8+ years of product management experience with technical SaaS, AI, or platform products
- Deep understanding of generative AI concepts including LLMs, agents, RAG, and enterprise integration patterns
- Proven experience defining and running programs end-to-end and driving cross-functional alignment at executive level
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to define success metrics and tie initiatives to business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience building or leading an AI/Tech Center of Excellence
