Required
- 3+ years implementing at least one HCM solution (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, or Learning)
- Prior experience leading Workday implementations
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company
- Master HCM Core and at least one other HCM product
- Configure Workday solutions and demonstrate configurations through prototypes
- Assist clients with legacy data conversion to Workday
- Support integration testing between Workday and third-party systems
- Understand and apply Workday's implementation methodology
- Travel up to 30% of the time
Nice to have
- 7+ years of HCM implementation experience (for Principal level)
- Workday HCM certification
- Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously
- Quick ability to learn technology through instruction and self-training
