What they ask for

Required

  • JD from established and reputable law school
  • Active bar membership in good standing
  • Substantial experience advising on digital asset regulation at a financial institution, virtual asset service provider, payments company, or top-tier law firm
  • Demonstrated experience leading licensing and supervisory matters under NYDFS BitLicense, MiCA, MAS PSA, or UK FCA cryptoasset registration
  • Deep working knowledge of BSA, FinCEN guidance, Travel Rule, OFAC sanctions, and state money transmission frameworks as applied to digital assets
  • Experience managing regulatory examinations and supervisory engagements with US and non-US regulators
  • Experience building and managing a global team
  • Experience operating in a multi-national organization
