What they ask for
Required
- JD from established and reputable law school
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Substantial experience advising on digital asset regulation at a financial institution, virtual asset service provider, payments company, or top-tier law firm
- Demonstrated experience leading licensing and supervisory matters under NYDFS BitLicense, MiCA, MAS PSA, or UK FCA cryptoasset registration
- Deep working knowledge of BSA, FinCEN guidance, Travel Rule, OFAC sanctions, and state money transmission frameworks as applied to digital assets
- Experience managing regulatory examinations and supervisory engagements with US and non-US regulators
- Experience building and managing a global team
- Experience operating in a multi-national organization
