- 6+ years of leadership experience
- Design and implement computational strategy for inferring causal disease mechanisms using human genetics
- Lead team performing cross-biobank analyses to identify mechanisms underlying genetic risk factors
- Coordinate with stakeholders across research organization
- Communicate findings in multiple settings including publications
Nice to have
- PhD in statistical genetics or related computational/quantitative discipline
- 8+ years postdoctoral research and/or industry experience
- Experience leading genetics applications to drug discovery
- Deep expertise in statistical genetic methods
- Advanced hands-on programming knowledge in R or Python
- Familiarity with functional genomics
- Demonstrated ability to advance multidisciplinary team projects
