- 12+ years building production software
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or large-scale ML systems
- Deep expertise in ML/robotic system evaluation: metric design, golden dataset curation, precision/recall methodology
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent)
- Strong Python and data engineering skills for production pipelines
- Independent execution and technical leadership across team boundaries
- Clear communication with engineers and senior leaders
Nice to have
- Prior experience building an evaluation flywheel and demonstrating impact on model development velocity
- Closed-loop simulation evaluation for autonomous driving
- Experience applying LLMs or VLMs to evaluation or productionizing LLM infrastructure
