  • 12+ years building production software
  • Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or large-scale ML systems
  • Deep expertise in ML/robotic system evaluation: metric design, golden dataset curation, precision/recall methodology
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent)
  • Strong Python and data engineering skills for production pipelines
  • Independent execution and technical leadership across team boundaries
  • Clear communication with engineers and senior leaders

Nice to have

  • Prior experience building an evaluation flywheel and demonstrating impact on model development velocity
  • Closed-loop simulation evaluation for autonomous driving
  • Experience applying LLMs or VLMs to evaluation or productionizing LLM infrastructure
  • Track record of establishing trusted metrics across skeptical cross-functional teams
