Required
- 3+ years in a hands-on, customer-embedded technical role (FDE, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or consulting)
- Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations
- Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineers as a peer
- Track record managing multiple technical deployments simultaneously
- Comfort leading technical troubleshooting with customers and IT teams
- Operate effectively across both sales cycles and production operations
- Default to automation and use AI tools to scale impact
- Translate ambiguity into executable requirements
- Communicate clearly to engineers and executives
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to operate under delivery pressure
Nice to have

- Domain expertise in construction, nonprofit, manufacturing, wealth management, healthcare, franchise, or field services verticals
- Non-traditional background (military, management consulting, competitive programming, PhD)
- Prior experience embedded at a customer site for multi-month deployments
