What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years reporting and hosting live news coverage
- BA/BS degree in Journalism, Communications or related field
- Strong knowledge of current events and digital news consumption
- Excellent live communication and continuous coverage hosting
- Ability to guide viewers through breaking news clearly
- Research skills and editorial judgment
- Understanding of digital production and live video workflows
- Flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Portfolio/reel required
Nice to have
- Familiarity with newsroom technologies like TriCaster
- Curiosity about emerging newsroom technologies
