Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of electrical engineering design experience in data centers or mission-critical industrial facilities
- Expert knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant NFPA/IEEE standards
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, and SKM
- Proven track record taking complex electrical designs from schematic phase through construction execution
- Strong communication skills coordinating with mechanical, real estate, and power engineering teams
Nice to have
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Experience modeling systems with alternative energy inputs and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Familiarity with SCADA and Emergency Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)
- Mega project in-field construction experience for data centers or similar mission-critical facilities
- Experience working with hyperscale clients in fast-paced design/build environments
