Required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering
- 5+ years industrial or manufacturing engineering experience
- At least 1 year supporting electronics, avionics, electrical, or spaceflight hardware production
- Expertise in factory layout, simulation, capacity modeling, and workflow optimization
- Experience creating or maintaining factory simulation models
- Data analysis skills with tools like Power BI or SQL
- U.S. Person or lawful permanent resident status
Nice to have
- Aerospace electronics experience with PCB assembly, avionics modules, or harnessing
- PFMEA and control plan development
- Knowledge of AS9145 production-readiness levels
- Understanding of Key Characteristics, Cp/Cpk, and validation plans
