- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through PTCB or NHA upon hire
- Active registration with Ohio Board of Pharmacy as CPhT, RPT, or PTT upon hire
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and sit for prolonged periods
- Manual dexterity for computer and compounding work
Nice to have
- Six months of hospital pharmacy experience
