Required
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years hands-on maintenance experience
- Experience with mechanical, electrical (480V 3-phase and control voltage), millwright, welding, plumbing, conveying, or packaging equipment
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Flexible to work all shifts including 12-hour rotational schedules
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime with minimal notice
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass pre-hire written mechanical skills assessment
Nice to have
- Food manufacturing environment experience
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or similar experience
- Continuous Improvement methodology experience
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair
- Mechanical drive systems experience
- HVAC, boilers, and wastewater treatment experience
