Required

  • 5+ years in compensation and benefits with specialist-level depth in both areas
  • Deep knowledge of US benefits administration and compliance including open enrollment, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and required filings
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices including market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and compensation cycle management
  • Ability to design clear employee communications and training on complex topics
  • Exceptional attention to detail in data, filings, and program execution
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience managing external vendors and broker relationships
  • Hands-on with AI tools and motivated to automate workflows
