Required
- 4+ years in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, solutions engineering, technical support engineering, or developer tooling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Working knowledge of Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Ability to reproduce, isolate, and debug technical issues from incomplete or ambiguous reports
- Experience analyzing logs, traces, and system behavior in distributed systems
- Ability to read and reason about code in multiple languages
- Strong written communication skills for technical findings
- Ability to work with urgency managing high volume of incoming issues
- Passion for AI, developer tools, and software engineering
Nice to have
- Experience building internal tools, scripts, or automations for debugging or support workflows
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI-assisted development tools, or IDEs
- Experience in high-volume technical support or customer engineering
- Experience debugging multi-layer stack issues (application, infrastructure, authentication, APIs, networking, deployment)
- Prior experience working directly with engineering teams on issue escalation and resolution
