Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent military service)
10+ years of hands-on network implementation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle maintenance
5+ years of network architecture leadership experience
5+ years of wireless design and implementation for large networks including spectrum analysis and stadium DAS design
Proficient in Cisco network administration (controllers, access points, routers, switches)
Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and routing/switching concepts
CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent certification
Strong network security and design architecture knowledge
Problem-solving and complex troubleshooting ability
Experience troubleshooting video and voice performance over networks
Technical communication skills for diverse audiences

Nice to have

Experience troubleshooting networking device drivers and client system issues
Familiarity with researching and evaluating emerging network technologies
