Required
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in life support engineering or similar role
- Understanding of space environments and their effects on design
- Experience defining and implementing engineering standards and processes
- Hands-on hardware building, testing, or assembly experience
- Track record delivering outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Ability to pass U.S. government background investigation
Nice to have
- Familiarity with flight hardware development and certification
- Knowledge of NASA or commercial space program standards
