Required
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of leadership experience in fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse operations
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, fulfillment, procurement, transportation, and warehousing
- Proven team management and stakeholder influence experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in freezer/cold environments ranging from -10 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit
- Willingness to work variable schedules and cover shifts as needed
