Keyword, state, remote, and skill filters — plus what the badges mean.

## Searching

The [Jobs](/jobs) page supports keyword search plus filters for **state**, **remote**, and **skill**. Filters combine, and results are paginated.

## What the indicators mean

- **Match percentage** — how much a listing's requested skills overlap with the skills on your profile. Add your real skills and this gets a lot more useful.
- **Responsive employer badge** — this organization actually responds to applicants. Listings from employers who ignore applications too long get hidden automatically, so what you see is worth your time.
- **Salary range** — employers are nudged to publish one; when a listing has no range, aggregate salary intelligence for similar roles may appear instead.

## Beyond the jobs page

Relevant listings also surface directly in your feed, and the Discovery section suggests more based on your profile.
