# My job listing disappeared or is hidden

Why listings auto-hide and exactly how to bring one back.

## Why it happened

Listings with applications that sit **unanswered too long are automatically hidden** from new candidates. It's the anti-ghosting rule that keeps the responsive-employer badge honest — see [Post a job and manage applicants](/support/articles/post-jobs-manage-applicants).

## Bringing it back

1. Open your listing's applicant pipeline.
2. Respond to the waiting applications — advance them or close them out. A decision either way counts; silence is the only thing penalized.
3. Set the listing back to **Active** from your listings manager.

## Other reasons a listing isn't visible

- It was set to draft or closed manually.
