# Email, password, two-factor auth, and theme

## Security

- **Change password** — from Settings → Account (you'll need your current one).
- **Change email** — confirmation goes to the new address before anything switches.
- **Two-factor authentication** — add a TOTP authenticator app (1Password, Google Authenticator, etc.) for a second factor at login. Strongly recommended.

## Appearance

**Theme** follows your device by default; set light or dark explicitly in Settings if you prefer. The choice sticks across devices via your account.
