# Apply to a job

The apply flow, endorsements, tracking your status, and withdrawing.

## Applying

From a listing, hit **Apply** — you'll see your skill match and can include a note. Your profile is your application; no separate resume upload to keep in sync.

## Boost with endorsements

After applying you can request an **endorsement** from a former coworker — a short vouch attached to that application. Recruiters see it alongside your profile.

## Tracking status

Your applications and their statuses (submitted through interview stages to decision) appear on your [profile](/profile). Status changes notify you. If a listing closes while you're in flight, your application resolves rather than rotting silently.

## Changing your mind

You can withdraw an application at any time; the employer sees a clean withdrawal, not a ghost.

## AI help
