Web Dynpro is a SAP proprietary user interface technology and programming model used to build web-based business applications within the SAP NetWeaver environment. It comes in two variants, Web Dynpro ABAP and Web Dynpro Java, and was widely used for enterprise application development before SAP shifted toward newer frameworks like SAP Fiori. SAP developers and consultants use it to create standardized, metadata-driven UIs for enterprise software.
