Sprint Retrospectives are a Scrum ceremony held at the end of each sprint where the team reflects on what went well, what didn't, and how their processes, collaboration, and tools could improve going forward. The meeting typically produces concrete action items for the next sprint rather than just discussion. Agile teams use retrospectives as a continuous-improvement mechanism to refine how they work together over time.
