Sencha Touch was a JavaScript framework, built on Ext JS, for developing mobile web applications with native-like look and feel using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. It provided a rich UI component library and MVC architecture aimed at cross-platform mobile app development before being merged into Sencha's Ext JS product line. It was used primarily by enterprise developers building hybrid mobile apps in the early-to-mid 2010s.
