Its real-time multiplayer editing lets multiple designers and stakeholders collaborate simultaneously in a browser, and design systems/components help teams maintain consistency across products. It became an industry-standard tool for digital product design, particularly after Adobe's attempted (later abandoned) acquisition drew attention to it.
