Control flow is the order in which individual statements, instructions, or function calls are executed or evaluated within a computer program. It is directed by constructs such as if/else conditionals, loops (for, while), switch statements, and function calls, which allow a program to make decisions and repeat actions. Understanding control flow is fundamental to programming and essential for writing correct, efficient software logic.
