# Sales Executive Posted Median Jumps to $325,000, Up 26.5% From the Prior 30 Days

The posted median for [Sales Executive](https://career.thegoodapps.co/occupations/sales-executive) roles across the boards we track came in at **$325,000** over the last 30 days, up from **$256,900** in the 30 days before that. That's a move of $68,100, or 26.5%.

Two things to hold onto before reading anything into it. First, these are employer-posted pay ranges annualized to USD (hourly rates at 2,080 hours), not what anyone reports earning. Second, the pools are small: **33 Sales Executive listings with pay attached in the last 30 days, and 47 in the prior 30**. At that size, a handful of senior enterprise roles carrying large on-target figures can move a median several tens of thousands of dollars on their own.

## The count fell while the median rose

The listing count behind the median dropped from 47 to 33 — a 30% decline in priced Sales Executive postings between the two windows. So the higher median is not coming from a broader pool. It is coming from a smaller one whose composition shifted upward.

That pattern shows up elsewhere in the same data. [Sales Manager](https://career.thegoodapps.co/occupations/sales-manager) postings went from a $165,000 posted median on 99 priced listings to $215,000 on 29 — a 30.3% median rise on a pool that shrank by more than two thirds. [Manufacturing Engineer](https://career.thegoodapps.co/occupations/manufacturing-engineer) did the same thing: $156,000 on 71 listings, then $222,000 on 21. When priced pools thin out, what survives tends to skew senior.

## Hiring context

Sales Executive did not appear among the fastest-growing occupations on our boards this week. The sales titles that did: Sales Manager at 16 new postings this week against 5 the prior week, and [Sales Associate](https://career.thegoodapps.co/occupations/sales-associate) at 12 against 10. Both are modest counts.

The backdrop is a busier week overall. It is the only overtly sales-adjacent tool in the week's top twelve.
