## What We Do

The Waterfront Development Corporation is a nonprofit public corporation formed in 1986 by the City of Louisville, Jefferson County, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky to redevelop Louisville's riverfront. It plans, develops, and operates Louisville's Waterfront Park along the Ohio River.
