## What We Do

Uptake is a Chicago-based industrial AI software company, founded in 2014 by Brad Keywell, that provides predictive maintenance and asset performance management analytics for commercial fleets and industrial equipment. In March 2026, Bosch announced a planned acquisition of Uptake to expand its predictive-maintenance offerings for fleet operators, a deal that had not been confirmed as closed as of this writing.
