## What We Do

Sprecher Brewery is a craft brewery and soda maker based in Glendale, Wisconsin, founded in Milwaukee in 1985 as the city's first brewery since Prohibition. It is known for its honey-sweetened craft sodas -- particularly its root beer, which it brews in greater volume than all of its alcoholic beers combined -- alongside a range of craft beers. The brewery has been locally owned by a group of investors since a 2020 acquisition.
