## What We Do

SpotHero is a Chicago-based online marketplace that lets drivers find, reserve, and pay for parking at garages, lots, and valet locations across more than 400 cities in North America, plus business parking tools for operators. Founded in 2011, it previously acquired competitors Parking Panda and Rover Parking. In February 2026, Uber announced an agreement to acquire SpotHero, with the deal expected to close later in 2026.
